The USS Samuel B. Roberts [DE-413] was part of Taffy 3 in the Battle off Samar.

Apparently the wreck is at 6,895 meters depth, slightly deeper than the USS Johnston which is at 6,460 meters.  That makes the USS Samuel B. Roberts the deepest shipwreck found and surveyed.
