So my daughter and her boyfriend are back from University for a week.
He's recently taken up modelling after seeing some images I posted and he's made a wee Spitfire, Focke Wulf and a Wildcat in Sheffield. He's painted these with the crappy paints that come with those models. So I decided to let him use my airbrush whilst he was down.
It fitted quite well because my daughter is learning to drive and wanted me to take her out. So I gave him a couple of models (a Hasegawa Me-262 and a Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero) and showed him how to use and clean the airbrush and some of the techniques I've learned and off I went with my daughter.
Well - it seems I can teach better than I can do...here's his Me-262

Nice! O0
Another great job JD.
I bet your model B-17's and Lancaster's are trembling in fear.
Wow. He did a really great job! Nice weathered look.
All you need to do now is get him into gaming!
One of my favorite planes

I'm going gently. She'll never forgive me if I scare him away! :2funny:
Great job he did. Great plane. Had the German's been able to produce that plane in the thousands and if Hitler didn't have a hard-on for making it a f/b they would have done some serious damage to the US & Brit bombers for sure.
