Shit. It is a movie about the First Special Service Force. A joint US Canadian unit started in 1942. Maybe a search from your area will find it elsewhere.

If it has Charles Bronson (among others) and includes a scene where the Canadian troops show off their parade ground flair only to end up in a giant brawl with the Americans then I think I've seen it before. I'll have to watch it again as I've forgotten most of the rest.

The bald guy in the movie is Richard Jaeckel.  He had a long career in the movies and on television.  I remember him most as the head MP in the "Dirty Dozen".
