Plenty of places being sold in the $40 range..picked mine up for $46 but others have been low as $40.  Still might be too much if not sure about the game.

Yes on sale for VIP members at GMG for 46$, Civ 5 was 50 when it came out and this looks to have some of the DLC already added that wasn't there in 5. Sure they will be more milking though.

If I read it right, looks like you can get Civ 6 Standard for $48 with Prime membership.  I haven't seen it less than full price anywhere else.

I{believe}that GMG had Mafia 3 the week of release for about same discount. There is still another 11 days or so til release so they might put it back on sale. If a physical copy is what you are after Amazon has it for around 46 if you are a member of Amazon prime and I think if you sign up for a Amazon credit card you get a 50$ gift card which would put the game at around 10 bucks, shipping not included.
