It's sad that as I get older, some of the quotes I drop from movies like Strange Brew more often than not go right over the heads of those I'm speaking to. The 90s were easy for people to pick up on that stuff, the 2000s less so, and now...even people my own age don't know what the hell I'm talking about sometimes.

I gotta disagree with you on The Usual Suspects, and say that it *is* a guys' movie.  While I've known a few ladies who've enjoyed it well enough, I've never seen any of them just sit down and start watching it if/when it happened to be on.  Nor do I know a single female who owns it -- every person I know who has that movie is a dude.
