Pics on the front page! (http://grogheads.com/?p=7868)
What's your game this weekend?

This should be a Federal Holiday. What the hell is my Congressman doing?
TALISMAN!! -- Digital mind, but Talisman nonetheless.
The boy and I got in 1.5 games, both with all the expansions.
I believe that should count.
Also, I bought Heroes of Normandie because I cannot resist such things.
Best,
Jim

I was stunned you made it through Origins last year without leaving with it.
Pics on the what page!? :P
Played Roll for the Galaxy (hated Race for the Galaxy, but this one is really good), Brew Crafters (fell surprisingly flat), Wiz War (awesome chaos as always), Defenders of the Realm (ugly as Hell, but a good game despite it) and Thunder Alley (who knew that a stock car racing game could be fun?!).

Me!
(but then again, I played a very early playtest version with the designers at a CABS meeting in Ohio years ago...)
@Brant -- You will recall I walked out of Origins with a fairly large bag of stuff AND I rage-purchased Ogre: Designer's Edition, right?
That said, I'm actually rather excited as it arrives today. I love the smell of unboxing games in the afternoon.
Re: "Thunder Alley", I still prefer the McGartlin's "Stock Car Racing Card Game", but TA is an hoot.
Best,
Jim

I do remember you wondering how you were going to get everything home on the plane :)
