Steam now has Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space for $7.49.  Never played it but will give it a spin.  Looks like the Shrapnel line-up is starting to spread out.

I also gave the Magic 2013 Complete set a swing since it's half-off and I do enjoy some MTG.  But.. guess what?  Yet another Steam fookup has resulted in no install files and an unplayable game.  Looks like quite a few people have been spamming their customer service though.. so Steam may get around to fixing it sometime next week after the initial copy & paste reply mails have been navigated past (evidentally that hurdle was just passed), per usual.  ::)

While I love MTG, I'm very unfond of the deck design constraints in the current computer game iteration. I'd much rather have an update to something like the Shandalar campaign, where I start off with a random deck and have to make do with what I have and actually trade and sell and win better deck designs.
