I saw the new XCOM for about 35 bux just now, prolly old news. on steam

Can get steam keys here for $25...pretty good deal.

Says, "EU Steam Version!" so it makes me wonder if it's another one of those Region-only deals like I often see at GetGamesGo.  :(

Her is another for only $21 and doesn't say eu version.  For what it is worth, I did ask support about eu version and the said it would activate worldwide.  However, I can't personally confirm.

Although not necessarily a sale site, I found this place today where you can buy cheap CD/Steam Keys for a variety of games.  I can't completely vouch for this site yet since today is the first day I bought something, so up to each person to make their decision.  However, after reading the site material and a few other places, it seems like it is just a site that pulls together a wide variety of other sites and helps you find the cheapest prices.  It seems legal but again I don't have enough experience with it yet.  Their support was excellent since I had a ton of questions.  Every time I sent them an email with my questions, within five minutes I received a response.

Today I purchased Far Cry 3 for just $23.  They sent me a link to UBI to download the software and provided me with a key......right now I am in the process of downloading so hopefully when I go to register the game it won't give me problems:)  It should be complete within the next 1-2 hours and I will let you know if I have any problems.

Download, Install, and Activation went through just fine....not bad paying $23 for a game released two weeks ago.

This is too good to pass up, I'm going to give this a whirl.  :)

Good luck...just remember this version is the UBI version, not Steam.  I believe both versions require the use of UPlay anyways.  I have been playing since yesterday without any issues whatsoever.

Thanks.

The Kinguin one was actually cheaper in US$ (as the 21 was in BP).  Worked just fine, too.  ;D

Glad things worked out for you...can't beat those prices for games just release a few months ago.

I also purchased Borderlands 2 for $21...no issue with the purchase at all.

No problem at all...I'll always check there first for games, especially new ones.

Yeah, it went smoothly.  I didn't even expect to pick up Xcom for a bit longer, but caved due to the extra-special deal there.  :D

Thanks for the heads-up Grim.

Greybriar

A few cheap titles that caught my eye at GamersGate:

Disciples Sacred Lands Gold - $0.99
    Jagged Alliance - $1.00
    Master of Orion - $1.48
Disciples II Gold Bundle - $1.99 (a personal favorite of mine FWIW)
Master of Orion II: Battle of Antares - $2.00

Those are the cheapest complete games I saw. The prices go up from there and the list of games goes on and on and on.
Regardless of how good a PC game may be it will always have its detractors and no matter how bad a PC game may be it will always have its fans.

Mine too.  That's weeks and weeks of high quality gaming there.  Holds up very well today too!

Good choice; the updated version is miles better than release.  You should get a lot of good playing out of it.
