Rob asked me to put a notice on the forum for him  as he cannot do it himself.  He is unfortunately laid up in the Royal Victoria Infirmary, here in Newcastle, in terrible pain, he has kidney stones, 
I have just left him.  will update when i get information  :'(

Suffering with, and then passing, a Kidney stone has to be the closest that a man can get (in a non-bodily-injury kind of way) to experiencing what women go through during natural childbirth. How do I know this? Because several women who have been through both experiences have told me so.

Thanks all  its 1.00 am here and he has just texted me,  they have moved him from one hospital to another,  and they have found a large stone stuck with smaller ones behind that,
