IMO the Decisive Campaigns games are well worth the money. There are quite a few really good bargains on there.

In case you don't realize it, the Anniversary Coupon is good for everything in your basket. I usually get 4 to 6 games using it each year (I get mine day after Christmas and it stacks with the Holiday Sale prices).
Nice that they caught their error so early, like, before my coupon came in.

I think it was at $39.99 and I used a 50% coupon for this game as well as Ardennes, A few Panzer Corps2 dlc's and Order of Battle dlc. Plus, bough Heroes of Normandie and dlc's for that.
My anniversary coupon comes in February. Obviously no good sales then, and I thought they were only good for a month, so I've always used it by itself. Can I just hang onto it and use it later in the year?

I've never understood my anniversary coupon being only good for 30 days, but it arrives after Christmas and I always burn it quickly to stack with the holiday sale (where applicable).
I could understand it being available until the next anniversary, thus possibly into any Matrix sale in between. It's meant as a one-time one-shot discount for whatever's in the basket.
Yeah. I'm pretty sure I applied a coupon one time that was well past the date of issue and they accepted it.

Just read an interesting post by matrix at their site. You have 30 days from email date to redeem coupon code. Then 30 more to use it. So 60 days if you time the redeem correctly.

After I received my email this year, I had only 30 days to claim it as it states in the email. I lost track of time and when I tried to use it at 31 days it said the coupon had expired. :(
And wouldn't you know it I just got my 9th anniversary coupon! I hope I can apply it to CM: Cold War...

To the best of my knowledge, the coupon is good to use with anything in their catalog as long as used within the deadline.

Right, I have previous coupon email. Apparently I also have 2 accounts. Hurrah. But none of them are inside the Christmas timeline.

Get on the forum and send a ticket to one of them. I had the same problem a few years ago with two different accounts. Now, when I go to my home page and look at the anniversary coupons they are on the same date. Now I have this date memorized. They will fix it for you. They need the sales!

I tried one I'd gotten a few months back and it worked. Seems ok to me since it's a little unfair that some people get theirs during the big year-end sales.

I'm sorry but browsing the sale catalog this year burned out many of my braincells that could have been sacrificed to the beer gods. Is there anyway to filter that damn list so that only games are shown? It's a major eyesore to have to visually tune out the dlc packs so that I can just focus on what games are on sale.
Next, I'm so glad I didn't buy Warplan Pacific when it first came out. To be honest I really like Warplan (the european front) when it came out. After playing it a while though I got bored and have never touched the game since. My advice to developers. If you're going to do a ww2 grand strategy game do the whole world and not just one theater. Because by the time you do come out with the other theater we don't really give an s anymore. Too many games coming out too fast to be bothered to revisit a system that came out with half a theater in it. But hey, at least they make a fast smash and grab on the suckers, like me, who bought the half game when it first came out.
The thing is, the ww2 market is saturated. Like I said, you want to do a grand strategy ww2 game then include the whole world, not just a part of it.
Attention spans grow shorter the older we get. And most hardcore grogs who like this kind of s are old. So just publish the whole world at war you developers you.

I've only had one time when I needed the Matrix site's assistance. It was when I was having trouble with Field of Glory Empires recognizing my account. It took Matrix several days and iterations of troubleshooting tips before they were finally able to solve the problem. I don't know what your specific issue is however be patient and keep sending friendly reminders to whomever you're working with over there. They seem to be a good bunch of people if not slow in fixing problems.
Mr Gus, a couple of things you could try:
clear out your browser caches (easy to do with ccleaner)
a different browser
...and as last resort type actions, try rebooting your PC, modem, and router.

Edit: Well that was weird. I repeatedly got that error message, but apparently the first transaction worked despite the error message because I have all the games in my download info in my email.

The Matrix site doesn't like my VPN. Perhaps if you are using one, turning it off might help.

Sorry, bruddah, but I got no answers. The only other thing I can think of is, maybe you're trying to buy a game you already own (but didn't register so it's not showing on your account)? It seems that the cart will reject your order if you're buying a multiple copy of a game you already have.

I have several different machines I can log in from once I get home from work.
My anniversary coupon arrived so i grabbed warplan, warplan :pacific and SC WW1.
Like many others i got a error when paying but received the dl links in the mail.
After checking that i was charged the cost i registered the serials at Matrix without any trouble.
Got my coupon but haven't used it yet. Will probably get DC: Ardennes and that may be it. Too many games, too little time.

Gus -- Are you inputting the ENTIRE code? I remember that I was once having problems getting the store to accept my code. The code started with something similar to 38%-1234-. I thought the percentage discount amount was informational. Turns out it was actually part of the code.
I responded back to Matrix/Slitherine support that I thought that was a very user unfriendly way to handle things. They never replied to that opinion.
Have you tried typing in the code manually? Sometimes copy and paste picks up a space at either end that shouldn't be there.
