TableTop is a web series created by Wil Wheaton and Felicia Day.[1] TableTop is published on Felicia Day's YouTube channel, Geek & Sundry.

In every episode, one or more board games are explained briefly by Wheaton and then he and his guests, usually web or TV personalities, play the game.[2] During Season 1, at the end, the winner receives a temporary trophy with his/her name taped on it, and the other players are interviewed by Wheaton on the "loser's couch". For Season 2, the trophy was replaced by a Certificate of Awesome, which the players do get to keep.

A wide range of hobby gaming titles were selected for their inaugural season, from classic German-style board game and family games to RPGs and card games.[3]

It has been described as "...like Celebrity Poker meets Dinner for Five, where interesting people got together for tabletop games."

will try and get in a few over the weekend

I knew of it but just never viewed it until (JP?) someone posted a link to one of their vids. I wish I had more time to watch them.

Also found one a year or so back called "Game Night" - they played a game called Airlines: Europe (which I own but never played) so I watched them play it to get a feel for it. They had tons of videos on board games too.

Table Top is great. I've been watching since Season 1 debuted. Wheaton's doing an excellent job promoting the hobby. Target carries may of the games demoed on Table Top with the label "As Seen on Table Top.
"45 minutes of pooping Tribbles being juggled by a drunken Horta would be better than Season 1 of TNG." - SirAndrewD

"you don't look at the mantelpiece when you're poking the fire" - Bawb

"Can't 'un' until you 'pre', son." - Gus

Only some of the titles they play on Geek & Sundry interest me, but they're all usually amusing.

There are quite a few tabletop vid channels on the 'Tube.  I probably watch more YouTube gaming videos, of various sorts, than actual cable shows these days.

Yeah, I don't think I've purchased a single game they've featured, but it's a fun show to watch. Wheaton usually rounds up an interesting group of players for each session.

There's one where he plays Star Trek Cataan with Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine)!
"My life is spent in one long effort to escape from the commonplace of existence."
-Sherlock Holmes

"You know, just once I'd like to meet an alien menace that wasn't immune to bullets."
-Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart

"There's a horror movie called Alien? That's really offensive. No wonder everyone keeps invading you!"
-The Doctor

"Before Man goes to the stars he should learn how to live on Earth."

That's the one I watched last week...LOL. It was quite entertaining as they both went off on behind-the-scenes ST rants. Nothing surprising in what they said, but it was cool.

Will seems like the kind of guy that would fit in well with a bunch of puffters like us.

I've got a couple.

Their Fortune & Glory episode was amusing, despite jacking up the rules regularly.

It's a good series. Not as entertaining as Shut Up and Sit Down's reviews (ahem), but still pretty good.  :)

They've already filmed Season 3, and the games to be played (and groups of players) are listed here : http://wilwheaton.net/2014/10/tabletop-season-3-the-complete-list-of-games-and-players/

I started watching a couple more epis of this tonight while putting some screens together for an AAR. Because I get randomly curious I Googled something about finding out where Wheaton and the others film this show.

And I found something I cannot unsee now.

They really wanted sitting on the loser's couch to be unpleasant, huh?
