All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

That could literally be a scene from RJ's Wheel of Time series...
ICEBREAKER THESIS CHRONOLOGY! -- Victor Suvorov's Stalin Grand Strategy theory, in lots and lots of chronological order...
Dawn of Armageddon -- narrative AAR for Dawn of War: Soulstorm: Ultimate Apocalypse
Survive Harder! -- Two season narrative AAR, an Amazon Blood Bowl career.
PanzOrc Corpz Generals -- Fantasy Wars narrative AAR, half a combined campaign.
Khazâd du-bekâr! -- narrative dwarf AAR for LotR BfME2 RotWK campaign.
RobO Q Campaign Generator -- archived classic CMBB/CMAK tool!

I was going to ask you "which book?" but let's face it - they're all pretty much the same, eh?

Heh. I was going to say any one from Book 4 onward (because of the politicking involved), but Book 2 introduced Rand to quite a bit of politicking, too, even though he wasn't in a position yet to do much about it or with it (and much less in Book 3. Although the Supergirls get involved in a lot of Tower and city politics starting in Book 3, so yeah.)

LOL.  Hadn't heard them referred to as the "Supergirls" before, although it's appropriate enough (especially in Nyneave's case).

And yes, people definitely drop left & right in that series (especially once you get a few books in).

Slightly political but still funny.

The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

I wonder if that panda knows what a tongue piercing is for or if it's just being fashionable.

I think he was talking about yew.
Toonces - Don't ask me, I just close my eyes and take it.

Gus - I use sweatpants with flannel shorts to soak up my crotch sweat.

Banzai Cat - There is no "partial credit" in grammar. Like anal sex. It's either in, or it's not.

Mirth - We learned long ago that they key isn't to outrun Star, it's to outrun Gus.

Martok - I don't know if it's possible to have an "anti-boner"...but I now have one.

Gus - Celery is vile and has no reason to exist. Like underwear on Star.
