So I was on the subway yesterday and I saw what looked like a pretty cool game. I asked the person playing what it was, and although she repeated herself twice, I just could not tell what the heck she was saying and I felt stupid asking again.
Anyway, it looked like a side scrolling tower defense game in space of some kind. There were large space ships that looked a lot like star destroyers floating by and as they received damage they would start to break up into pieces. It almost looked like an angry birds style game where you catapult objects at the vessels.
I'm not sure if it was iOS or android. Any ideas?
Was it Aeon Command by any chance?

I wish I could describe it better. Again, it looked like a free scroller, sort of like gratuitous space battles, but it was from a side perspective rather than a top down perspective. It looked like there were planets and asteroids in the backgrounds and it appeared that she was launching munitions from a starbase at ships that looked just like star destroyers.

challenging and relaxing at the same time,
(esp the orbital revolving gravity levels ... i can use my freshly brushed up knowledge from Kerbal Space about orbital elements ...and there are ones with antimatter cells involved too ...while other are like a look into Petri dish through a microscope manipulating cells)
