That's Jewel Staite. She played Kaylee Frye in the series 'Firefly'. The kids are dressed as various show characters. The kid posing as River Tam (the one with edged weapons) is especially good.   O0

Isn't 'Firefly,' that show they made like 6 episodes of and everyone who saw it thought it was genius but no network would pick up a season commit?

Martok - I don't know if it's possible to have an "anti-boner"...but I now have one.

Gus - Celery is vile and has no reason to exist. Like underwear on Star.

I dunno, man.  I'm not much of a follower in many things.  And I am legendarily bad about not having seen shows, movies, etc. that are considered seminal and must watch.  As an example, here is a quick list of programs I have never seen:

Jurassic Park
Forrest Gump
The Wire
Lost
Modern Family
Almost any John Wayne movie
Caddyshack
Pretty much none of the 'classic' war movies


And that's just to name a few.  And we'll not get started on the movies I have seen that I thought were just plain terrible (I'm looking at you Blade Runner).

Of all those I'd only suggest you're missing out on a few John Wayne movies. I've only seen about two thirds of that list.

But I'd recommend Dead Poets'.

I did see Dead Poet's.  In the theater, no less.  I liked it when I saw it.  And while I do not care a whit for poetry, I heartily agree that language is made up just to woo women.  It's what I like most about being able to speak.
