My sister is on some knit lists on the interwebz. I'd suggest querrying for a knit list then shop that photo around for the pattern. If you have no luck LMK and I'll ping my sister and see what she can find.

Quick poking around shows that this pattern is not public and creator has no plans to make it so.... too busy making money off of finished products..
There is another face hugger knit pattern out there but it's pretty lame when compared to this one.

People, including (unfortunately) many Americans, cannot even find their own country on a map, let alone Brazil or the UK. For them finding a country like Zimbabwe, which they probably never knew existed (and might still not) is a lost cause.
