I actually get that sometimes listening to music, or while reading or watching a movie when a particularly sublime plot device plays out.

its hard to describe to someone so im glad im not alone

i get it from watching people perform tasks like joiners or painters/plasterers - so watching Bob is ideal

Theoretically, if a person were really stoned or tripping and listening to a great story being told the person might experience a kind of 'frisson' (a pleasant tingling running down or up the back of one's scalp, like the hairs were raising up, but not scary at all) at certain points of the story.

Now take away the stoned/tripping part...

Autonomous sensory meridian response - I didn't even know it had a name until I clicked on Bob and saw he was used as a trigger

Basically it's a very pleasant tingling that starts at the top of your head and spreads out from there, not a sexual thing, just relaxing and hypnotic I suppose - for some it's noise and for some it's action that triggers it - like I said hard to explain - I get it watching artists, even watching junior do her colouring in
