Jarhead - Yeah. You're probably right.

Gus - I use sweatpants with flannel shorts to soak up my crotch sweat.

Banzai Cat - There is no "partial credit" in grammar. Like anal sex. It's either in, or it's not.

Mirth - We learned long ago that they key isn't to outrun Star, it's to outrun Gus.

Martok - I don't know if it's possible to have an "anti-boner"...but I now have one.

Actually - lots of that is regarded as "standard" for a lot of modellers. The weathering, the rescribing, the additional cockpit and fuselage detail.

Not taking away from it - it does look great and the engine especially looks fantastic.

I wouldn't have the patience for that amount of detail.

in all fairness that would be an awesome build 20+ years ago when photo-etch, resin parts and washes were in their infancy and pretty damn pricey.
rivets with a pouncing wheel and tape.... ok.  I'm more surprised an Eduard kit didn't have those to begin with.  and fwiw, those Eduard kits come with all of the aftermarket parts included so you don't even have to source the odds and ends to get it done.

Amazing stuff - I just didn't realise modelling got this hard core - their attention to detail is incredible. Love the pic of the aircraft on the truck.
