This story is pretty light on detail but it's the first one I saw, so I'm posting it. Will see if I can ferret out more info.

Very interesting.  I couldn't find anything more on this story.  Has anyone else been able to?

Since the guy is 90 years old, Russia might be trying to honor surviving WW2 era vets while they still can.
