144 Hz monitor worth it?

I have a 43" 60hz screen for sims and a 27" 144hz screen for shooters and high paced games.
It's definately an advantage to play those games on 144hz as long as your PC can pump out the high framerate.
As the video linked above shows, you actually see more within a slice of time on 144hz, which is especially useful in shooters.
I've had much less 'where the heck did that come from' moments in Battlefield since I switched to 144hz and my own gameplay has improves as well.
144hz is also more relaxing on my eyes than 60hz I find.

Still, if you mainly play strategy games I don't feel 144hz is necessary at all and I would invest in a good bigger size panel over refresh rate capability.
