One more question:

When one card say: "all the soldiers"?..... the NPCs and Sqads are considered soldiers too or only the soldiers with action cards?

It means everyone, otherwise it says "player soldiers".

One more:

My soldier (Hart) have a Wound of value 4. I have the Action Card: "Shaje ir off" (you may Heal 1). What happend if i play it?. The wound its convert to a Wound 3?, or only can play on a Wound of value 1?
