Somehow that seems right for Favre.

Did Graham really play both quarterback and defensive back for his first 3 seasons?! Damn that's impressive if he did.

A lot of players played both sides of the ball back then. I don't know if he played every down or if he subbed when someone was winded but he apparently did everything at some point except kick and punt!

Yeah, I know guys played both sides back then, but I didn't realize Graham did it as a QB.  For a guy with his career at QB, it's impressive.

QuotePrimarily known for his passing prowess, Baugh led the league in completion percentage seven times, passing yards four times, and an NFL record six times in passer rating, among other statistics. However, he was also known for his versatility—having the ability to play at a high level as a punter as well as a defensive back. Throughout his career, he led the league in yards per punt five times, as well as yardage in 1943, a year in which he also led the league in defensive interceptions, with 11. His yards per punt of 51.4 during the 1940 season still stands as an NFL record as of 2016.

Gawd.  Can you imagine a modern QB returning punts?!  :uglystupid2:

Geroge Blanda had the scoring record for a while because he kicked field goals until he was like 50 :)

Field goal kickers can rack up some crazy point totals.

Sounds like Jim Jensen. He was pretty versatile back in the day. He even had the balls to propose to one of the Dolphins cheerleaders on national TV, have it accepted, and proceed to have the best receiving game of his career.  O0
