Don't forget yer Civ VI PBEM! :-"
Is it my turn? Didn't get any notifications as far as i know...will check
Weekend already? Ugh. Means more work on the house (painting this time, methinks). That, and putting together my megalist of rpgs / games to sell off prior to moving - if and when on that happens, that is.
Otherwise, still shootin' torps and splittin' hulls in Silent Hunter but will branch out to Cold Waters here soon.
Hayseed Manyanna, all!
Some Hellblade and maybe a little Thronebreaker. Perhaps with a dash of Witcher 3.
Eh...I caught the bug my daughter had and wife is working a 24-hour shift on Sunday, so gaming is questionable.
Would like to slip in some more Steel Division 2 beta before the first phase ends. Also, some star citizen 3.5 PTU and Division 2. I also have a strange urge to go back to Star Wars Battlefront II.
Hopefully the first cookout of the season.
Working on the Helium Rain tutorial. Managed to download the mod kit for HR. Man, was that a pain..... Sign up for Epic, install the Epic installer, finally get to the download. Getting a mod kit should not be this much of a hassle. Immediately uninstalled all the Epic stuff after the download. They may not be the gaming software version of Spectre but.......
Still making a fool of myself trying to play hardcore sims (e.g. IL-2 BOS and Assetto Corsa) at age 58 (having last played a sim 15 years earlier).
Get better JH.
Messing around with the New Horizons mod for Stellaris. Just an amazing amount work in this recreating the Star Trek Universe.
Civ VI PBEM, slow but steady.
Some beta testing stuff.
Need to get something on the table to poke at as well.
Freezing rain all day tomorrow so great time to be inside.
Quiet weekend so I'm starting TOAW4's 'Sicily to Brenner Pass' campaign-- 667 turns long. :o I'm thinking I probably won't finish it this weekend. :P Also, today is Vietnam War Veteran's Day so THANK YOU all for your service.
Hope you get well soon, JH.
The juniper pollen is now deployed in full force, so i plan on staying inside this weekend as much as possible. I want to get back into The Division 2 this weekend. Lately, I have not had a lot of time to invest in the game as much as I would like. Sadly my agent is only lvl 2.

When I get sick, I get irrationally nostalgic, too! 8)
Aside from various PBEM games going (including
Lords of Waterdeep and
Age of Wonders 3)...
1.) Chugging along editing and posting the video LP of my Age of Wonders Shadow Magic campaign featuring the nieces (who may or may not be coming up for the weekend, too).
2.) The Battle of Shiloh looms in
Ultimate General Civil War's Confederate campaign. I've got three types of corps I've built up along the way, and this will be a big test of which (if any) of them will continue along in the war. My arty-heavy corps (two arty-only divisions plus some infantry help) has survived and even thrived so far, but whether I can keep them in the game remains to be seen!
3.) Presumably, Cyrano and I will be finishing our Saturday Night Fight demonstrating the Sharp Practice 2 system. Things have worsened for the British last Saturday, and I'll have to be clever to pull out a win after all...!
4.) The Grogpublic is gearing up to kick the 2nd Punic War back to Carthage, but they'll have to deal with the War being led by both Hamilcar and Hannibal now! Presumably I'll be resolving Turn 13's combat this weekend, and moving into Turn 14 which will bring the Players (eventually) to the Middle Provincial Period.

I've been playing TOAW4's Operation Neva for the past two months and it will likely be the summer before I am finished. It's 130 turns but each turn takes a solid hour.
Feel better JH
Borderlands 2 - my gaming group and I have kicked Warframe into touch, so now this will be our main weekly game
The Division 2 - at level 19 and still going strong. I might open up the second dark zone this weekend
Don't Starve Together - another consideration for my gaming group. My only concern is that one of them is a massive troll so a co-op survival game might not work out...
More X-country flying enroute to Louisiana in my P3D4 Stearman posted here:
https://mutleyshangar.com/forum/index.php?/topic/24789-virtual-grand-tour-of-the-continental-usa-in-a-piper-cub/
Plus a little beta testing and dealing with Hannibal in Jason's Republic of Rome game. And possibly some online EU with friends.
Command - Desert Storm and some work on El Dorado Canyon.
The Division 2 - Hit level 30 a few nights ago. Still a ton of side missions to finish up. Took out the Hyena stronghold last night. Was tough in parts but I was in a great group. Tonight the True Sons and Outcasts get their lights knocked out.
DCS/Prepar3d - With my The Division 2 addiction ebbing a bit I hope to finally jump into the F-14. I also bought the Airline2Sim Majestic Dash 8 Q400 Cadet course. I've had the Dash 8 for awhile and never really been able to get the hang it. Hoping the Airline2Sim course will finally help me crack it.

I'm off till Mon. So I decided last night why not get TES: Oblivion? So I did and installed. I needed something else besides Diablo as a break. So I have been playing it for a while. I did get past the tutorial sewers. So now I'm just fumbling around so to speak.
So that's on my plate I guess. I'm just enjoying the ride, even though I find myself getting clobbered by some hammer wielding bandits, so there that.
Based on a set of experiments I extensively conducted while playing Skyrim, long ago, I calculated (with some margin of error) that dual-wielding maces produced the highest damage output including on target hit strikes (due to them being so wide, and being able to crush armor).
I mention this in case you're feeling bad about being clobbered by hammer wielding guys in Oblivion, CJ. O:-)
Well I bought a subscription to Fantasy Grounds to check it out after giving D&D another look. It seems to do a lot of what I have often thought about in a computer environment and apparently much more. I look forward to digging into this tonight and Sunday when my Grandson goes home. While he is here it is going to be a game marathon. Probably do quite a bit of L4D2 and Borderlands 2 multiplayer and whatever else he has in mind.
Happy Gaming
MY PLANS! -- THEY HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED!
THE NIECES SHALL INVADE TOMORROW MORNING FOR BREAKFAST! :D :D :D :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
Breakfast? Take them to see, 'Dumbo' and feed them popcorn.
Nah, we'd have to go down there to see a theater -- none near here.
Besides, they love the local greasy-spoon restaurant (because that's where their Dad and I grew up with their grandparents.) It'll be eggs and meat all breakfast! -- plus little cinnamon rolls and little hasbrowns (they like those, I don't) and strawberries and pancakes and biscuits and...!
Also besides, I have vastly more DVD/Blus and video games here than they do, by far. :D (Though we'll probably end up playing board games.)
And here I thought you guys were talking about the Australian band 'The Saints"
(saw them at Toad's Place, New Haven, in the 80's. Damfineshow.)

Beta doesn't work in the weekend.
The Steel Division 2 Beta is now (posted on 3/27)
live for players who have pre-ordered the game! This first phase will be live for 48 hours, and the Beta will start again next week!
TOAD'S PLACE! \m/
Pratt IIRC I did actually wield dual maces in Skyrim as a heavily armored dwarf (just like real life) and kicked much ass.
Well, Borderlands 2 lasted all of 30 minutes. Awful game. All four of us hated it! Looks like our next few sessions will be dominated by Don't Starve Together.
I've played a little Division 2, Grim Dawn and Northgard so far.
Hoping to get some more HoI in this weekend and maybe some Stardew Valley
^That saddens me.

I think he was replying to Huw on Borderlands 2

It's a slow start but not long after that it really opens up with great gear, weapons, maps and definitely varying brilliant adversaries. Initially it is painful with the claptrap nonsense.
Heh, Claptrap was the only thing we all enjoyed!

It was his interaction (looking for the eye, his dialog etc,) that takes up so much of the beginning time that the people I played with disliked. The pace picked up quickly after the first two scenes. Give it a try solo some time to see what the rave is about. It's one of the highest rated games on Steam, but you know, to each his own.
Check out some of the enemies in the games and their dlc's that usually come bundled together as a full title. It's rather impressive. That doesn't even include the Bosses.

Been playing Sekiro mostly, that game is dreadfully overpriced for what you get, I mean, the combat is hella crispy...but....not worth it imo. DS3 was 60 AUD when released, this is 90 AUD and theres a whole less content and re playability. Lucky a mate of mine got it and ive been playing it on his computer!
Yep they managed to push up aaa titles to match consoles lately :( luckily they soon end up in bargain bin prices :)
Patience fellas, patience...it only takes a couple of months for big price drops now.
