Don't have a specific recommendation. But you might try browsing the collection of 18th century miniature rule sets at Wargamer Vault (if you haven't done so already).

I will be curious to see what rules you settle on.

Chance, I know you are looking for a miniature set of rules, but this may be of interest to you.

It is very pricey, in my opinion, but has a lot to offer.  A couple of folks have adapted the scenarios to miniature games, so it may be a starting point?

Ben King had a really neat set of rules, Fusil and Fortress, that was very detailed.  I liked them because of the very complete siege rules.  Finding this may be difficult.

  The HollanderSpiel site is great!  and I think GMT is bringing out a Ben Hull game that extends his musket and pike games into
