Hey guys - we're updating some of the forum graphics, so don't be surprised if you see some of the admin-info graphics changing today

We've installed a mod that pushes locked topics to the bottom of whatever forum they're in.  On the plus side, discussions that need to be closed will also now be pushed down.  On the down side, topics that are moved to a new location are auto-locked, and will also be pushed down in the forum, potentially complicating the finding of them.

Let's see how it goes for a bit and y'all let us know what you think.
