Ready or Not - a new SWAT in development?
« on: May 05, 2017, 02:10:55 PM »
Ready or Not is a tactical first person shooter which places you in the boots of an elite SWAT team, tasked with diffusing hostile situations in intense, claustrophobic environments. Itís set in a nondescript modern America, where an income disparity between the classes have become unsustainable and the country has been plunged into havoc. Bring order to chaos with up to 8 players in cooperative play, battle enemy squads in a close player-vs-player environment, or command AI in a striking single-player mode.

Description sounds interesting. I wish they will focus on single player and we will get modern SWAT 4. But I hate the trailer and I'm afraid that they will focus on multi.

Why do they need the stupid fictional background story? That makes me nervous straight out of the gate.

That being said, it looks good and some of the details make it sound even better. Thanks for posting!

With so many real-life scenarios from which to choose, this seems unnecessary. Perhaps they are trying tap into the current teen dystopia market.
