Wow not good.  There doesn't seem to be a reason why it crashed but I didn't read the whole article.

The pilot requested a return to land shortly after takeoff, worrying about engine #4. Ironically, the crash happened from too much speed (one way or another) at the end of the runway, into a de-icing system. Looks like the airframe rammed square into one of the de-icing tanks, which explains why the whole thing fireballed.
