FRIDAY Shine
« on: May 22, 2020, 05:46:49 AM »
Welcome to the weekend. First time I've got to start a Friday thread.

I'll be playing some Armored Commander, also picked up Two Point Hospital, and my usual pbem turns in Gettysburg, SC Global classic WW3, and CSME.

Peace and have a good weekend Grogs.

Anyone have any info on when Total War: Troy may be released? Supposed to be this year but other than that...?

Got some speed on my mind, so along with tottering along with Arma's Old Man mission, I'm hittin' the track via Wreckfest and maybe, just maybe, Forza.

I have to work a 12 hour day shift on Monday at the hospital, but I will try to make the most of some gaming this weekend. I want to continue with The Polish Campaign in Armoured Commander II. Maybe play some The Divison 2. I have my eye on buying the Persia DLC for FoG: Empires.

Also will try to play Golf With Your Friends with my girlfriend on the PS4.

Good gaming this holiday weekend and be safe, Grogs!

The beginning of the Summer Gaming season so I'll be playing the same games as always just in my BVD's. I'm going to try the Stainless Steel 6.4 Mod for Medieval TW 2.

Off today until Sunday then off again till Wed.

I have:
Distant Worlds Universe - took me a while to figure out to get it to run on Win 10.
Field of Glory Empires: Persia DLC - going to do tutorial first, to relearn some missed concepts then go as Macedonia.

There's others but I dunno.

This might help:

Or, most likely the intro is causing issues due to the newer media player of Win10.
Open up startup.ini in the install folder dan change the ‘play movies’ entry from 1 to 0.

My own plans for this weekend:
DCS: Supercarrier training
Snowrunner

And Civ 6 PBEM as well as de-rusting myself in Dominions 5.

I'm playing a single player, Rogue-like called Tales of Maj'Eyal.

I'm probably going to start another tabletop of a Mansions of Madness scenario with my wife.
