What does this software do?

I just tried it. It's supposed to make your speaks/headphones sound better. It ran through a setup process that had me set surround sound through my headphones. It also has an equalizer. I've used programs like this before and it's on par with those. If you already have software that does this I don't think this will improve anything. Just my very, very quick review.
