Remember that if you're interested in possibly joining us as a GM, please let me know by PM.

Priority goes to folks that (1) are proven workers at events like this, (2) know the games, and (3) have good taste in women, music, and/or beer, roughly in that order

We are *not* in a position to pay any travel costs, but folks working on the staff get their badges comp'ed and a variety of other interesting goodies :)

Hmm...Columbus, Ohio isn't too far from here. I might have to pencil in those dates.

They need to have this in Florida at a beachside convention center.
Jarhead - Yeah. You're probably right.

Gus - I use sweatpants with flannel shorts to soak up my crotch sweat.

Banzai Cat - There is no "partial credit" in grammar. Like anal sex. It's either in, or it's not.

Mirth - We learned long ago that they key isn't to outrun Star, it's to outrun Gus.

Martok - I don't know if it's possible to have an "anti-boner"...but I now have one.

Gus - Celery is vile and has no reason to exist. Like underwear on Star.

If it's in Pensacola I'll go. Of course, it's debatable as to just how 'Florida' Pensacola is.

They really need to move these dates back so I can go...........
"No wants, no needs, we weren't meant for that, none of us.  Man stagnates if he has no ambition, no desire to be more than he is."

Martok

I'm probably tempting fate by throwing my name in this soon, but go ahead and pencil me in.  Not sure about helping staff it yet -- I've no experience running games, and I'll want to wait til I'm more certain I can go in any case -- but I'll not deny being interested in the possibility.

Indeed.  Even for me, that is not the most convenient weekend they could've picked.

Then you dress up like Cobra Commander or something and walk around the venue until the naprosyn kicks in and you remember what year the 90th Light Infantry first landed in NA.

3-7 June is very likely to overlap with my last week of teaching for the season.  Technically I don't have the schedule yet, so I don't *know* this, but given that's been the final week for most of the past ten years....

Cyrano

Pretty much the only thing that would keep me away from the fun is what actually will, viz.:  my wife and I will likely be with the boy in England, preparing to make our way to Waterloo for the 200th...

But you knew this...

Best,

Jim

we're starting to line up participants and events

We'll post some public details about the Central Command here pretty soon.

Hey folks - we might need 1 additional GM for Origins.  If you can get yourself to the show, we can get you in for free and make darn sure you get a half-dozen games in, to boot.

PM me if you're interested!
