CMBN Patch 3.11 is out and I'm confused...

This thread is already here so I will use it.

I just went to start up CMBN and do the update and I get " license error ".

I am too tired and pissed to look it up, but doesn't this game DRM " break " or what ever when you change any hardware? I think I remember reading that.

Please let me know if the above is correct.

Hardware Changes cant tick it off.. but one big plus about Battlefront is their Helpdesk is very fast to respond!.. Just open a ticket..

Not true...it has been known to break on new video cards, RAM, adding a 2nd HD, and even updating drivers.  The DRM seems to take a snapshot of your system and , depending a number of variables, can kick off if some hardware changes.  I believe that is one of the reasons for jumping through activation hoops on the last couple of updates.  They are trying to de-sensitize the DRM.
