20-25 degrees cooler here than a week ago. We're back to needing rain badly with very little forecast for the next 10 days.

In my little corner of Southern New England it was a balmy 43º this AM. Should be sunny mid-60's by afternoon and rain later in the week.

Some of the leaves are already coming down though...

When I started my ride in Middleburg VA this morning, it was in the upper 30s.  That was a bit of a shock.

Once I warmed up, it was a fantastically beautiful Fall morning in the Virginia countryside.  Green fields, rolled hay, blue skies, fresh air, and even some goats.

Weather has been splendiferous (though not quite deciduous yet) in West TN: mostly clear, a spate of highs in the high 80s a week or two ago, but dropped into the high 70s mid 80s. Crisp in the mornings.

I love autumn. 

...except for the harvest dust that tries to kill me. But it's important, so.

Fall here in Fla. too. The single Maple tree left standing after Hurricane Irma has it's leaves changing. Very pretty.
