Clad in Iron: Carolines 1885 Release Date: 27 August 2019.

The additional alternative historical scenario about the conflict between Germany and Spain in 1885 for the game Clad in Iron: Philippines 1898.

The Spaniards considered the Caroline Islands in the Pacific Ocean to be their colony but did not actually control them.
In August 1885, a German colonial squadron occupied the Caroline Islands. In response, the Spaniards sent their ships to the Philippines.

8 new types of historically reliable warships have been added to the game scenario.

CLAD in IRON: Carolines 1885 Now Available on Steam

The additional alternative historical scenario about the conflict between Germany and Spain in 1885 for the PC naval war game and sim Clad in Iron: Philippines 1898.

  Not sure.  Most large guns seem to have some kind of critical hit probability, also there can be internal accidents.  Usually the US protected cruisers are pretty safe.

Yes, when hit by a large-caliber projectile, there is a chance of critical damage (the so-called "golden projectile").
