For me "Mushrooms" and "Eggplant" are equally awful in terms of texture, otherwise I have a pretty wide palate. I also can't stand liver "pate" although being Portuguese I could eat Sardine Pate all day, yes you heard that right... Sardine Pate. Delicious.
I skip liver (about the only meat I won't eat)
I can't stand the taste of cucumbers, cauliflower, or asparagus. I don't mind smaller tomatoes, like grape or roma, but I can't stand the texture/sliminess of the huge beefsteak tomatoes that restaurants like to put on their hamburgers.
Onions. Despise them utterly. Have a hard time eating anything with even a hint of onion. Been like that since I was a kid.
I'll eat pretty much any other veggie, but onions make me wretch.
I'm with Brant on tomatoes. I hate anything phlegmy. Raw tomatoes, runny eggs, okra, oysters, sea urchin, natto etc. They all make me queasy.
I'll try just about anything once though. I've been served some rather unusual and unpleasant dishes in my travels but there have only been a few that I just couldn't bring myself to try. I've eaten different insects but I just couldn't stomach the idea of biting into a pus-filled fried tarantula in Cambodia.

I also couldn't do shirako in Japan. It's basically a bowl of fish sperm and jizz sacs.
I also really don't care for tripe at all. Not a fan of most sweet meats. If I have to eat organs and intestine lining, I'd prefer that it be in a sausage.
Cucumber is 100% nasty!
Hhhmmm, my culinary dislikes would include liver, brains, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, squash, most seafood (exceptions would be tuna and shrimp).

^Now that looks like something Martok could stomach >:D
Beetroot makes me want to chuck.
Bananas and Campari - not necessarily together
And I don't fancy those duck chicks still in their eggs you can get

Good god that looks awful! I also am not a fan of "Tripe" being half Portuguese its pretty popular in Portugal but I won't go near the stuff. The smell alone makes me sick.

I'm so surprised by all the people who dislike cucumbers, to me it's like the most tasteless veggie possible. Is it the texture of the seeds or the flavor itself?

For me it is the taste.
I like most veggies with the exception of brussel sprouts.
I am not big on animal organs of any kind but bring on the ribs, loins, etc.
I like most seafood but I will usually pass on oysters. Crab and shrimp are at the top of the list.
I'll take everyone else's cucumbers if you don't want them.
Celery!
Any way, shape or form, I just hate it
I loath the nasty Cherry flavoring that is used in candy and cough syrup. Also Maraschino Cherries.
I'm not a fan of Broccoli, Cauliflower, or pickles either, though I'd eat them long before anything with that nasty industrial cherry product flavor.

But you need Maraschino cherries to make a Manhattan! ;D
And your point is? :))

I forget. I'm drinking scotch right now. 8)
Canned veggies, except for corn. Growing up, I was pretty sure veggies grew on the vine in a can. The discovery of frozen veggies as a young adult was shocking, and actually buying them fresh.....wow, who knew???

NP if the scotch is neat, or on ice. Mixed drinks are what those
other types of 'whiskey' are for.... ;)

I actually agree totally here. When I was just a little tyke I recall having to take "Triaminic Cherry Cough Syrup" for colds, it was the most awful tasting stuff I have ever had. I love regular cherries but "Cherry flavored" stuff must be approached with caution. Also ever noticed the fake "Cherry" taste tastes nothing like cherries! ;D
Wow, interesting choices here.
I cannot eat cold cheese, any kind, period. Like cold deli American cheese, the smell makes me want to barf.
But if you melt it, I can eat many cheeses on nachos, pizza, and I'm ok with Tostitos queso dips. But as soon as my pizza or nachos get cold I can't eat them anymore.
I also can't eat even melted cheese on meat, like hamburgers or steak sandwiches. But I'm ok with lasagna.
Yes, I know how weird this is. I wish I could like cheese because it's on freaking everything.

So no Feta!?!?! How do you survive when eating salads! :D
Liver has never been something I enjoy. There's something about the taste of it that's very off-putting.
Iced coffee. I drink waaaaay too much hot coffee every day, year 'round, but I simply can't stand it iced.
Brussel sprouts. My ex wife used to eat them fairly regularly. I called them, "little green balls of gas." Cuz that's what they did to her. Cauliflower. Water chestnuts. Greens, like collard, or mustard. I guess that would really be the winner for me. If I walk in to a house and smell them cooking, I'll walk right out.

Noted. Have a stock of brussel sprouts on hand if MD threatens to visit for an extended stay.
I'll try almost anything. I like almost all food.
I've never met any form of meat that I did not like.
I like all grains, bread, etc... - but they don't like me anymore with the diabetes.
About the only things I don't eat are raw cucumbers, green peas, raw onions, and oddly enough wine. I can eat food cooked in wine, but drinking wine can make me sick due to my sulfide allergy. Sulfides naturally occur in wine, and the sulfide content varies randomly from bottle to bottle. So no wine.
I can drink any other form of alcohol - even Ouzo.

How about with fava beans and a nice Chianti?
I can't stand coconut. It's like eating fingernails.

Interesting, I have this same sulfide reaction although not sure my allergy is as bad as yours. I generally get red cheeks, sometimes hives. I get a headache and indigestion. I don't get this with any other form of alcohol, even hard liqour. That being said I have had certain wines which did not give me this effect, so perhaps some wines have more sulfides than others.
The "skin" on custard or blancmange makes me want to heave. I've never liked it. :-X

I love that stuff, especially if its slightly burnt.
Cherries. Something about the texture makes me shudder. Black forest cake leaves me speechless with fear. Although strangely enough I don't mind cherry Flavouring.
And Brussel Sprouts are just plain nasty.
Beets and sweet potatoes.
Zucchini and eggplant. I had a flat mate in the U.S. Who was an ex viet nam vet who kept guns under his bed. He would make the disgusting stuff and I was so afraid of him when he offered it to me I would eat it while suppressing the gag reflex. Worst moments of my life.
