Stumbled across this site - https://peterspaperboys.com/ - great idea for someone on a budget or without the time to create a miniature army. I've seem similar products but these seem very well done, very reasonably priced & simple to create.
He has a couple books out covering other periods that aren't listed on that website. Probably done under another publisher but shouldn't be hard to track down.
He has a card model of the Alamo available too https://peterspaperboys.com/products/alamo-compound-buildings (https://peterspaperboys.com/products/alamo-compound-buildings)

Very cool, thanks Phantom.
I've followed this for some time. I've considered getting some just to tinker with, notably the books that are on Amazon.
I know there's a site that actually prints them on plexiglass. Look up WoFun Games. Peter Dennis' creations are done there as well.

Thanks, I didn't know about those either.
The ACW stuff in 28mm is really tempting. So colorful with Zouaves and what not.
I also found this too: Paper soldiers are huge in Italy.
