Turns out that those medieval knights were closer to the Monty python and the holy grail version of riding history than we thought!

Weren't people in general also thought to be smaller in those ages?  Would make sense that war horses were relatively smaller as well.  Either way, cool stuff - thanks for sharing!  O0

At Ikea they have a bunch of fake video games on displays.  One of them is titled THE LAST OF GUS.  I don't know how this is relevant to the thread at hand but felt it was worth sharing.   O:-)
