A little bit off topic question. When updates co e out for the various games, I know you need to install the update file. For the games that have separate map files on the update page, do you need to update those as well during an update or how do you know when a map update is required?

Those 3D maps never change, so if you got them once you don't need to download again.
Also, they aren't required to play - the games they are listed for have 3D as it is - they are optional maps with a different display style.

Question for rahamy....I logged onto the WDS site with no problem, but when I go to the forums the login fails. Do I need a separate login name and/or password to post in the game forums? Thanks.

Appreciate any new titles from WDS, but personally, I find the late war stuff very hard to get into and much less appealing than content covering actions prior to 1943. Still, good luck with the release and congratulations to César!

Agree with you there JH.
My favourite games are Kharkov 42/3, Kharkov 43, Sicily 43, Kiev 43 and Smolensk 41. I tried the big OP Conrad Campaign in Budapest 45 recently in a MP game and it was just too much of a slugfest with not a lot of opportunity for sweeping movements and deception.

Is there a possible issue with the update download links for Squab Battles? The only one that has a hyperlink is Eagle Strike and it works, the rest don't so you can't download. I tried another series download page and all the hyperlinks worked there so thinking possibly the issue limited to the Squad series. Also tried multiple browsers....Edge, Chrome, and FireFox and all did the same thing.

All of the updates released today (outside of Eagles Strike) require a full installation. Noted in the Blog post... you need to log into your Store Account to download new full installers.
