Tempted...but thinking this might be too much of a monster with tons of units for my little brain to handle:)

Christmas present to myself coming up. They have done a great job with the 3D graphics by the way.

Actually there's a fair sampling of small to medium battles included. Most of these actions were not the sized of many Napoleonic actions.

See the "Operations" section of the designer notes for a complete listing of all the scenarios included, which includes a size rating for each - https://files.wargamedesignstudio.com/index.php/s/tFWxTsKRbDYJZKR

Interesting, looks like (24) of the scenarios are either labeled as small or small-medium, which likely further moves it up on my list to try out.  Thanks for pointing it out, I look forward to people's feedback on this one, haven't see much posted yet which is understandable since just came out.

I got this yesterday and am playing the last scenario  - the last major battle of the 30YW- the battle of Lens 1648. I am playing the French and getting hammered so far by the Spanish. I think I'll do better with a bit more practice, but I can really recommend the game so far. Great fun.

BTW I van echo the opinion of CJReich46, the 3D graphics are very nice.
The most shocking fact about war is that its victims and its instruments are individual human beings, and that these individual beings are condemned by the monstrous conventions of politics to murder or be murdered in quarrels not their own. Aldous Huxley

Many of the battles are pretty small, but in any case the graphics are pretty wonderful.  Here we have 4 different kinds of dragoons, two kinds of archers, three different mortars, four different wagons and so on.  The Scottish Green Regiment is very...well...Scottish (and this is less than half of the wonderous wonders of the graphical units in the game:
