I made my Smoky Bacon Clam Chowder for the Rock Hound potluck last night...... OMFG it was good. The bastards ate it all so I had no left overs.

1/2 jalapeno deseeded and washed.
stuff said pepper with cream cheese.
wrap chicken tender around pepper.
wrap chicken in 2 or 3 slices of bacon.
toss in crystal hot sauce.
deep fry, bake or grill.
