About 20 years ago, a bunch of like-minded people got together to make a naval wargame. That was us. We didn't know how to do anything, but we stubbornly pursued our dream. Our first Ironclads games were frankly bad, and the ones that followed lacked budget.
The Totem Games guys had never tried to make a commercially successful game in a commercially successful setting (hello, WW II in the Pacific).
Surprisingly, there are still some crazy people out there like us (hello, we love you). Their support and advice has kept us going.
Now we've made every possible mistake in computer game development, and in such an easy and convenient way we got the skills and knowledge to make a really good game. That game is Ironclads 3.
We're pressed for time, we're pressed for money for a big project, but we've made a reasonable plan and we're taking action.
And now, in our best tradition, we've decided to put everything we're doing in one place.

Very generous of you guys.
Wow. The question remains which one?

One after the other in chronological order.
From the huge 15-inch Dahlgren guns with the 7-minute shot to the QF 5-inch rapid guns that fired a shell every 20 seconds.
From the clumsy 6-knot broadside ironclads to the magnificent 26-knot destroyers.
Try, and I'll try to help if necessary.

No, we don't. You can download any game for free.
However, if you want to support the development of our new unfinished game, you can subscribe.
Very cool of Totem Games. Thanks. :notworthy:
FYI: I do want to point out a slight discrepancy on your Boosty link. The following two statements on the site kinda contradict each other:
All paid subscribers who pay for more than 3 months will receive a free copy of Ironclads 3: Cherbourg 1864. (requires buying 4 or more months)
* Paying a subscription for at least 3 months - a copy of the game IRONCLADS 3: Cherbourg upon release. (requires buying 3 or more months)

The game Ironclads 3: Cherbourg 1864 is not available yet. We are still working on it. This game is not part of the Clad in Iron series. We have only given free access to the games we already have. Therefore, a subscription is a way to support the development of a new game and get a copy of the new, not yet finished game (after it is released).
