  I was reading up on nightfighter radar (AI air intercept radar) and I came across a page or so about the Baby Blitz of early 1944. 

  On the first night of the raids, over 400 German bombers including the latest He177s, using jamming and chaff (Duppel mit ein umlaut zomever).

  So I cranked up my latest gamey acquisition: Nightfighter and went after some bombers with a Mosquito XIII.  Violence ensued.  Dice were\
 
  rolled.  An He177 loomed in the clear winter sky above the clouds, below a half-moon:
