Is it possible on Win10 to use both a right-handed and left-handed mouse type peripheral at the same time?

I am right-handed and always use a right-handed mouse for just about every application. However, now that I am getting really into DCS flight simming and trying to adapt my flying to VR, I'm thinking that a left-handed trackball will be very useful. As things are now, when I use the mouse I have to take my hands off the stick. It would be much better to move my throttle hand to use a nearby trackball instead.

Thanks.

I have successfully had both two mice (mouses??) and two keyboards hooked up to the same computer with no issues. All you need is the USB ports.
