Upcoming Holiday Sales…what are you looking to get?

I kind of feel glutted on the game collection, who knows.

But I'm sure to get something on Steam, GOG, or Matrix. Plus if all goes well (and it does...my anniversary coupon is due)

I haven't even thought about what I might pick up; War in the East 2 is the only thing I'm kinda-sorta-maybe wanting.

RPG-wise (the tabletop variety) I could see plunking down dosh for Blackbirds if the price is dropped a bit.

I was pleasantly surprised this afternoon when I got a Steam notification.  Now where is my wallet.  You know just in case I might buy something?

Isn't it better to pay 80% less for something you'll never get around to playing than to have the cash in your wallet but know that if you bought the thing right that instant you would have to pay more?

Matrix sale now has started....I'll likely pick up some small DLC and such, pretty much have everything else that I want which is on sale.  But will wait until tomorrow so I can bundle with my coupon and also pickup Flashpoint and new falkland dlc.

The Falklands one looked intriguing.

Maybe I might get some Panzer Corps 2 DLC? I dunno. I am thinking more in terms of hardware such as more RAM for my machine and a new 2nd monitor though. But as I said before there's some goodies to get.  :)

Yeah, I am picking Panzer 2 DLC up myself...just in case I actually ever get to playing the game:)

In the last 3 Matrix holiday sales I've bought 9 games and only played 2 of them.  Not sure there's anything else I want to get so it can sit unplayed on my hard drive.  Part of the problem is my anniversary coupon comes the day after Christmas so they're dirt cheap.

Haven't played it in a while, but really enjoyed it for what it was when I did.  For $15, if your interested in the subject matter, don't think you can go wrong.

You mean Ultimate Admiral Age of Sail ?  Yes you'll get your moneys worth for 15bucks, it's really fun.  After the same devs broke naval action, this is my go to age of sail game.
