Haven't been following this for a while.  Could you confirm that Manila Bay is an historical scenario and not alternative history ? 

If it's real history I'm interested, if alternative history probably not.

(I would also be interested in an historical rendering of the battle of Lissa).
Every generation gets the Greeks and Romans it deserves.

No, this is not a historical scenario.

I'm not certain a "historical" Manila scenario would be very interesting... kind of a 'turkey shoot' I believe. 

BTW, as a side note, Admiral Dewey's flagship at Manila, the USS Olympia is still afloat. A great museum ship, and one of only a handful of survivors from its era. Olympia is in Philadelphia and is a great sight to see if you are out that way.
