Hot lead and dirty talk!

I am looking to upgrade my moniter and GPU

current specs
AMD 4130 quad core 3.8 GHz
8GB ram
64bit operating sys
AMD Raedon 6670 hd

I want to get a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01B9IDLAW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 moniter

I also want to get a AMD Rx 480 8GB

Will my computer be able to run these?

The AMD Radeon HD 6670 (single-slot card) did not require any additional power connector (needed max 66 W power).
Being a dual-slot card, the AMD Radeon RX 480 draws power from 1x 6-pin power connectors (needs 150 W power)

So make sure you have 2 slots available and have the power connector.
If you have a 1x8-pin connector available you might consider the RX 580 ( https://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/2938/radeon-rx-580 - but needs 185 W power)

You may also need to check and make sure any new card will fit in your case length wise.  Some cards are longer than others, and if you have a smaller case, the new card may be too long.

You in Chicago, correct.  If your not tech savvy, I would recommend going to Micro Center.  There are two in Chicago.  I went to the one in Columbus when I put my new PC together last year.  I also went to them when I had a broken laptop screen.  I had purchased a new one through Amazon, for $70, and tried to replace it myself but had issues getting the laptop closed back up.  I took it to them and they got it done.  Charged $70, but considering when I first broke it and I went to Best Buy, they wanted $300, and had to send it out to get done.  MC got it done the same day.  Would have gone there first, but they're 1.5 hrs away.

Sorry I can't help you, Hot lead and dirty talk! I'm am probably as computer illiterate as you are. Maybe more.
Regardless of how good a PC game may be it will always have its detractors and no matter how bad a PC game may be it will always have its fans.

If you ever get to a Micro Center, they put Best Buy to same.

Thanks for the info.

I recently purchased a Dell S2716DGR 27" QHD LED G-Sync Gaming Monitor from Amazon. It was 3$ cheaper than Microcenter, but Microcenter is definitely a go to site for me from now on, so thank you

Now on to a GPU card

Lower the damn prices you mining Nazis!
