I'm fairly up to speed on vanilla Third Reich, I'd just need to brush up on some of the more complex mechanics.  A3R I've never taken a crack at but I do own a copy so I have the rules.

Cool.  Vanilla is good and probably more conducive towards Vassal play anyway.  There are some complicated diplo actions that need to be done in A3R which might not work well in a PBEM game.  I will start brushing up on my vanilla rules as well.

There is a version 4.5 of the vanilla rules on BGG that includes quite a few rule clarifications.
