yeah, it's been around for a while now and I've got some LE friends that say the harmful OD rate is waaaaay up there compared to regular pot (which almost never produces a harmful OD)

You're absolutely right. Synthetic marijuana is really bad.
In the UK there had been an issue with Skunk causing serious mental health issues, and Spice has been causing huge problems for users both on the street and in prisons. A lot of people are even dying as a result of its use.
