I still think the rope alternative has a higher public engagement factor  >:D

I was in Moncton today and it was great to see alll the signs thanking the RCMP for capturing this peice of trash. An incident like this goea a long way towards retsoring faith in the RCMP - unfortunately, it cost three good cops their lives.
