Germans attack Poland on 26th August 1939, not 1st September the official date

I was just doing a little research on Commando formations, prompted by an recollection by Longblade, and came across this suggesting that Germany attacked Poland five days before the official histories say (what do they know anyway? :P). I thought y'all might like it. 8)
