I don't use emoticons a lot because, to me, they are usually a bit too sweet, cutesy etc. but I do like the ones available in this forum. I've searched but I haven't been able to find a way to have them available for me to use in other apps. Is that possible? ???
I'm not sure there is an easy answer to your question. In the past, I've downloaded an emoticon or two and saved them to a site like photobucket (just using this as an example, because PB now sux >:() or imgur, and I'm sure there are many more. Then you can use a link to your saved emoticon to get it to show in the forum/app. Some emoticons can be used if you know the "code (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_emoticons)" and the forum/app supports it. It would be nice if emoticons got standardized, but there are now so many, I doubt that ever happening.
