Very sad.

I never met him, but I had a CO in the Army who worked with Powell in Vietnam. My CO told the story that one time Powell came back from a barracks inspection in Da Nang. Powell fumed at him, "you and I are going back to that barracks." Powell then told him, "grab your sidearm Captain, there are whores in the rafters, and we are going to get them out of there."
